Episode 239: Requiem for a Dream Which Was not All a Dream

http://www.spartacusroosevelt.com/podcastmp3/SpartacusRooseveltPodcast20.239.1.mp3
The link above you is for the current show, but this is a weird time. We are all shut down, or should be, the streets are empty, I'm doing a lot of biking. There are lots of problems with the show. Facebook won't let me post direct links and if you are using Chrome on Mixcloud it doesn't play. I am working both issues. But the new show is linked above, and I am linking to a ton of music after the show notes so you can wile away the hours.

Here is a lot of music to waste your shelter-in-place time.

To start, a classic Spartacus Classic, recursive as it can be. Randy Greif's Alice is almost 6 hours of music from the turn of the 90s. Greif took a vintage three album set of Alice in Wonderland, and with a good deal of studio wankery turned them into a tour de force of psychedelic weirdness.

Here is a Halloween show that I hid the link to a couple of years ago. You have about two hours of spooky drones.

Here is the earliest show still available. (Show Notes) Start at the end and work forward.
